She entered the hair industry at 20 years old and gained valuable experience working in three different salon environments. Those early years shaped her understanding of hair care, client service, and what it truly takes to run a successful salon.
Claudine opened Xperiance Hair Salon & Beauty with a clear vision. She wanted to create a salon where women of all backgrounds could receive high-quality hair and beauty services in a space that feels supportive and empowering. As a Black-owned salon, Xperiance is deeply rooted in community values and inclusivity.
